How to get better production audio on set.

I’d split production audio into three goals:

  1. already have a plan for post production sound (create opportunities to use sound creatively)
  2. get the mic in the right place (boom operator)
  3. minimise background sounds (wait)
  4. record wildtrack sound effects on location (time permitting)
